Kizomba

Kizomba is an African dance with roots in Angola, an old Portuguese colony. A modern and very sensual touch was added by the younger generations to the traditional dances semba and zouk, resulting in the birth of the sensual dance, Kizomba. It is a dance that is performed with the partner very close but not tight and is danced very softly, relatively slowly. It looks like a mixture of Argentine tango, Bachata and Merengue is danced to sensual music combined with various electronic percussions.
