25HR Aerial Yoga TTC

“In life, hidden in the forces that pull us down, is the energy to lift us up!” — Christopher Harrison
Life often tests us, pulling us down. Yet within these challenges, we find the strength to rise.
Chaitanya Wellness Yoga Academy, in collaboration with our school, offers the Aerial Yoga Teacher Training Program (YACEP). This program is recognized by Yoga Alliance and is an intensive 25-hour course that equips yoga teachers with the skills to perform and teach Aerial Yoga.

The 25-hour Aerial Yoga TTC is a comprehensive teacher training program designed for those who wish to deepen their practice in this uplifting discipline.
Prerequisite for participation is the completion of a 200-hour Yoga TTC
(There is an option to attend the 200hr TTC simultaneously).
This ensures that participants already have a strong foundation in traditional yoga practice and philosophy.

Aerial Yoga uses anti-gravity and hammocks as support to cultivate awareness, peace, and harmony while performing asanas in the air. It is a specialized form of yoga with a restorative nature, offering relief from stress. It decompresses the spine and is highly beneficial for spinal issues.

Purpose:
This 25-hour intensive course teaches the foundational principles of Aerial Yoga practice.
It includes instruction in Vinyasa techniques and breath control while performing anti-gravity yoga.
Students learn how to design and lead Aerial Yoga sessions with a strong emphasis on safety and understanding contraindications.

The program is offered in small groups (up to 5 participants)
