50HR Prenatal/Postnatal Yoga TTC, registered with the World Yoga Organization, designed for certified teachers who wish to support women both before and after childbirth.
Prenatal Yoga: Conscious Preparation for Birth
Prenatal Yoga is a specialized style of yoga tailored to support women during pregnancy. This practice gently guides them to move safely, cultivate deep awareness, and prepare the body and mind for labor and birth.
Studies have shown that practicing Prenatal Yoga at least once a week for eight weeks significantly reduces anxiety and fear related to childbirth.
Postnatal Yoga: The Gentle Return to Self
After giving birth, a woman’s body and soul enter a new phase of adaptation and restoration. Postnatal Yoga is designed to support the new mother by helping her regain core strength, restore posture and stability, and—most importantly—reclaim time and space for herself.
